When a user loses a streak of 5 leagues in a row in the same amount league, then Blue11 insurethe player to participate in the next league / match.
How much can I get as Insurance amount ?
A user who has been losing continuously in the same amount league will get an average of last 5 losing league amount. Subject to the maximum of Rupees 2500.
How will I get Insurance amount ?
The amount will be credited to your wallet (Insurance section) within 24 to 48 hours.
How can I use or withdraw the amount of insurance ?
You can only reuse it to join any league with the entire insured amount. You cannot withdraw an insured amount.
What is a Jackpot?
Jackpot is a surprise money for which a player qualifies when he/she loses a match within the margin of 3 points (0.5-3).This amount can be both more or less from the winners winning amount.
How will I qualify for the Jackpot?
If you lose a match / league by 0.5 to 3 points from the opponent(nearest winner) then you will automatically qualify for the Jackpot. (Not applicable to Mega Leagues.)

How will I receive the Blue11 Trophy ?
You will get the Blue11 Trophy at your own provided address which will be delivered to you within 15-20 days. In case you did not update your address in Info section you will get notified to do so. Once you win the Blue11 Trophy you will get notified by Blue11 through message or Email. You can also send your address to care@blue11.in from your registered Email Id.

Wall of Fame is a section on Blue11 app where Blue11 Trophy winners can upload their pictures with Trophy. Once the picture is approved by the Blue11 the Trophy winners stand a chance to get famous because this section will be visible by all the usersof Blue11.
Is it necessary to upload picture with Blue11 Trophy on wall of fame?
No, it is not necessary to upload your picture with the Blue11 Trophy. However if the Blue11 Trophy winner upload their pictures then he/she will be eligible for a certain bonus.
